Our roof vents have been tested to BS5368 Parts 1 & 2; bs6375 Part 1 2009 to offer peace of mind for your homeowners and your installation process.

How can I measure the sash glass?
To calculate the glass size there is a 76mm reduction on the total width and a 78mm reduction on the total drop. How does the automatic roof vent controller work?
The automatic vent controller opens automatically at warm temperatures due to its integrated electronic thermostat function. A rain sensor is also part of the design, allowing the vents to close in wet weather conditions.
Can I install the electrical components myself?
Please note that a qualified professional must undertake any of the installations of the switch, wiring and roof vent controller. This is according to the 17th edition BS7671 requirements for electrical installations.
