Cornice Choices
Decorative cornices are perfect for covering any gutters and rafter ends and can be customised in any colour to suit a project. Ultraframe’s decorative cornice comes in four different options one, two, three-tier flat cornice, and curved cornice. Each of these cornices can vary in angles, the curved cornice has a 90° corner cover, straight jointers, and a die-cast of 135°, whereas the one, two, and three-tier flat has 90° corners and straight jointers.

The default colour for the Livinroof is RAL7016 Urban Grey. Offering the look of a rolled lead roof, this colour is better at concealing dirt than others, making it a firm favourite with your homeowners.
How much does it weigh?
The Livinroof’s total system weighs 31kg/m2, roughly the same weight as a glass roof. At no extra cost to the customer, the solid frame can be built around already existing glass panels.
Are there lighting options?
Yes. By opting for an insulted perimeter pelmet, homeowners can suspend lights from the Livinroof. Downlights or pendant lights become a possibility for the customer to choose from.
Does the Livinroof come with a guarantee?
The Livinroof carries a ten year guarantee based on the Ultraframe Classic BBA platform.
